Chili butter sauce:

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • some chili flakes

To top:

  • dill

  • feta (optional)

Process:

  • mix all yogurt ingredients into a bowl

  • boil water with some salt to poach eggs, and once boiling, add one egg at a time and leave in water for about 2 min to 2:30, and remove with a slotted spoon and place onto top of yogurt. Repeat for second egg.

  • Now, toast your bread, and while it’s toasting, make sauce

  • On medium in a small pan, combine all sauce ingredients and cook for about a minute until everything is combined and melted

  • Assemble: drizzle sauce on top of yogurt and eggs, and top with dill and feta. Slice bread in half and serve with it to dip.
