Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
Are you a vegetarian, still looking for that hot spicy kick? Grab your favorite hot sauce from your fridge and try this recipe! Perfect for a meat-free appetizer at a dinner party or simply just a snack.
Ingredients:
1 cauliflower head (cut into bite-sized florets)
½ cup of almond flour or all-purpose flour
½ cup of plain milk (any kind works!)
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup of your favorite hot sauce (Frank’s is my #1)
A dash or two of lemon juice
Assemble!
- Whisk together the flour, milk, and spices in a bowl 
- Evenly coat the cauliflower in the mix and bake on parchment for 20-25 min at 450F 
- Mix the hot sauce, oil, and lemon juice in another bowl 
- Brush the hot sauce mix onto the baked cauliflower and bake for another 20 min to get them crispy! 
- Serve with ranch, tzatziki, or whatever else your tastebuds desire.
